After looking through the great website of DCSportsfan.com we could not help but notice their neat High School Athlete highlight video put together featuring the great coaching words of Al Pacino from the movie “Any Given Sunday”. Watch this video below.

We then dug into our archives and brought out our Fred Smoot highlight video featuring the “Eye of the Tiger” from the great “Rocky” movie.

I first found out about Fred Smoot’s Smack Energy Bar through a friend’s Facebook status. Because I am a huge Redskins fan, I had to find out more. I’m not usually a big fan of energy bars but I wanted to try these. When I first had them, I couldn’t believe how good they were. They didn’t taste really chewy and flavorless like Powerbars. I think any flavor you come up with will probably be as good as this one if you stick to the same techniques used. Fred Smoot is definitely one of my favorite Redskins players because of the intensity he plays with. He is able to talk “Smack” nonstop and not seem too cocky like a lot of NFL players. I was sad to see him go to Minnesota but I’m glad he’s back and better than ever. I wish they sold Smack Bars here at Virginia Tech so that all of my fellow Hokies could experience how good an energy bar can be! “Smack Bars are by far the best energy bars I’ve ever had. Redskins Fred Smoot to release Personal video blogs on NEW YouTube Channel

Washington Redskins Fred Smoot will begin airing short video clips with messages to fans, blogs, forums and answer a lot of questions being sent as fanmail to the SmackEnergyBar website and other affiliates on the internet. He will be collaborating with the Marketing team of 3Way Enterprises LLC, and Comcast SportsNet and OnDemand to provide the content and video clips. Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post Sports Bog hosts his Mansion Tour which airs on Sunday October 12, 2008.

Fred Smoot says, “I see this as an opportunity to connect with the people that want to know whats going on with me on and off the field, and want them to see me as a regular person like everybody else”

He has been an impressive addition since his return to the Washington Redskins football team last season and is trying to open up to launching brand new business ventures and major Charity programs.
