Did Michael Phelps just buy a condo for $1million dollars? No. he bought one for $1.69 million dollars. His main endorsers SPEEDO, have already given him an advance of $1million for just being a great guy in the Olympics and racking up on all the Gold medals. His new abode comes with a Jacuzzi and – of course – a pool.

Located on the rejuvenated Baltimore waterfront, this home measures 4,080 square feet and has a great view. It has been also reported that there is a possibility that his next year’s coming endorsements could be up to $40 million. His new condo building comes with a rooftop terrace, a private screening room, a state-of-the-art gym and a clubhouse with pool tables.
Phelps also bought the Meadowbrook Swim Club & Northwest Ice Rink in Baltimore. He and his coach, Bob Bowman, want to turn the facility into an elite Olympic training center.
And a wealthy man needs a nice expensive gas guzzler as well to escort the pricy domicile. Phelps said he wants to buy a new car, too. “My friend’s in the car business, so he’s going to help me,” Phelps said Wednesday before leaving Beijing. “I’ve been looking at some Aston Martins and some Maseratis. It would be pretty sweet to get an old-school Aston Martin, some of the old-school [James] Bond ones. That would be sick.”
